About us
Control Mechatronics GmbH (CTMT) is your reliable partner for industrial automation, electrical engineering and advanced process control systems. We support international customers in the execution of complex projects across the process industries – from concept and engineering to commissioning, on time, on budget and with full lifecycle responsibility.
With more than 40 years of experience, we provide reliable and scalable automation solutions tailored to the specific needs of chemical plants, water and wastewater facilities, energy infrastructure and industrial production sites. Our focus lies on Distributed Control Systems (DCS), PLC-based automation and integrated electrical systems that ensure safe, efficient and future-ready plant operations.
We support both greenfield projects and retrofit of existing plants, with a strong focus on lifecycle performance, future readiness, operator usability and maintainability. Our interdisciplinary teams deliver sustainable, user-oriented solutions and ensure smooth execution across the entire plant lifecycle – from engineering to long-term operation and support.
Our services cover industrial automation systems – including DCS and PLC-based control – electrical engineering, control panel manufacturing, software development, as well as installation and commissioning. As an independent system integrator, we select technologies strictly based on project requirements – ensuring maximum flexibility and best-fit solutions.

Since 2023, Control Mechatronics has been part of the E.Gruppe GmbH, enhancing our ability to execute complex and large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects. Within the group, additional expertise and infrastructure are available in Switchgear and power distribution systems, Transformer stations & DC power systems (DC networks)
This enables us to provide higher capacity, increased execution reliability and a broader technical scope – especially for fast-growing markets such as Saudi Arabia.
