Products & Services
CONNECTS®
ConnectS® sets new benchmarks in aseptic connection technology: it is fully elastomer-free, high-pressure resistant up to PN100, and engineered with virtually no dead space. Its metal sealing system ensures maximum process reliability, CIP/SIP cleanability, and protection against microbial contamination. Designed for unlimited temperature ranges and resistant to aggressive or abrasive media, ConnectS® offers long-term durability while significantly reducing downtime, maintenance costs, and total cost of ownership.
BIOCONNECT®
BioConnect® combines maximum flexibility with the highest level of hygiene safety. This connection technology allows for two sealing options – either with an elastomer or a purely metallic CleanLip®-seal. It is possible to switch between the two at any time without changing the existing flange connection. Designed to meet cGMP requirements, BioConnect® ensures virtually no dead space, excellent CIP/SIP cleanability, and is available in a high-pressure version rated PN100 up to DN40. With minimal media contact, controlled elastomer compression, and a unique expansion chamber design, the system delivers optimal hygiene, reduced maintenance, and lower total cost of ownership — making it the ideal solution for modern and future-proof process connections.
CLEANLIP®
In hygienic and high-performance environments where elastomer seals reach their limitations, NEUMO’s CleanLip® sets a new industry standard. This fully metallic sealing connection system was developed specifically for applications requiring maximum process reliability, cleanability, and material resistance, without any of the weaknesses and limitations of conventional elastomers. Whether in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, or cosmetics industries, CleanLip® delivers innovation, robustness, and uncompromising hygiene in one future-ready solution.
BIOCONTROL®
The NEUMO BioControl® system represents a new standard in hygienic process integration. Its modular design allows for maximum flexibility when connecting instrumentation, sensors, and sight glasses to vessels or pipelines. Whether inline or angled housing – BioControl® integrates seamlessly using standardized block flanges. With over 40 leading instrument manufacturers offering compatible devices and the option of an elastomer-free metal-sealing version (BioControl® CS), the system sets new benchmarks in cleanability, safety, and operational efficiency. Designed for CIP/SIP, BioControl® ensures reliable performance even under demanding process conditions.
HEAT EXCHANGERS
