symex pre-phase vessels are available in all sizes for water and fat phases and increase productivity while reducing operating costs.

Fats and oils, pellets, and wax blocks are melted in no time and brought to process temperature. Crushing, grinding, and mixing are carried out in a single, closed process step – efficiently, reproducibly, and with minimal material loss.

Automated transfer to the main mixer ensures that recipes are executed precisely and uniformly. Each batch is fully documented in accordance with 21 CFR Part 11 and archived in an audit-proof manner. The integrated hot-cold process control with direct introduction into the homogenizer shear gap shortens process times by up to 75% while increasing process stability.

The symex control system also automatically recognizes mobile pre-phase containers and prevents misassignments or individual recipe executions – for maximum process reliability and reproducible quality.

The proprietary “symex Industry 5.0 digitization concept” sets new standards in the process industry. It enables consistently networked, flexible, and highly automated production of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical products—including ointments, gels, makeup, mascara, lubricants, fertilizers, and much more.

Five technically coordinated modules raise the bar for process reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and maximum flexibility to a whole new level. Resistant to external circumstances.

symex pilot mixer (30 liters)

symex pilot mixers are used in product and process development (scale-up) of smaller product batches/product samples up to 30 liters and provide accurate measurement data in small batches that can be transferred to real production mixer.

Semi-solid and liquid products, such as oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions, fine and coarse suspensions, and viscosities up to 2,000,000 cP can be produced.

symex In-Line homogenizer (Mixer)

The symex In-Line Homogenizer temporarily or permanently expands production facilities, thereby increasing product availability for demanding applications. Thanks to the flexible accessory concept, systems can be upgraded as needed—without extensive modifications.

Available on a mobile transport trolley or as a stationary solution in a frame, the system can be optimally integrated into existing production environments. The homogenizer ensures uniform particle distribution and a defined, reproducible texture when processing liquids and suspensions. Different sizes and connection variants enable use in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries—even with complex formulations and high quality requirements.
