TUBE-TEC Rohrverformungstechnik GmbH is an internationally operating specialist in tube forming and tube welding technology based in Nistertal, Germany. The family-owned company develops and manufactures customized tube systems, heat exchangers, coil systems, serpentine coils, tube bends, and complete systems for industrial applications.

Tube Coil Systems
Manufacturing processes in pharmaceutical or foodstuffs industries, the petrochemical, the chemical plant & plant construction are many-sided and on top of that, highly complex.
Inside these processes, one of the largest roles played is that of the coiled tube. When these coils are deployed, certain media inside the tubes are either heated or cooled as an integral component in the process. TUBE-TEC supplies these sectors with prefabricated, detailed and ready-to-fit tube systems. And naturally of course- in special alloyed metals or in extreme wall thicknesses.

U-tubes for shell and tube heat exchangers
We manufacture U-tubes for your heat exchangers and apparatus from all cold-formable materials.
Our delivery program includes U-tubes in dimensions from ø 13.0 – 38.0 mm (other dimensions on request). We supply customised leg lengths up to a maximum of 10 m, including the tube end machining you require.
A large number of test certificates and manufacturing standards are available.
A customized high-quality packaging concept enables the pipes to be removed in layers and transported safely.

Our shell and tube heat exchangers and vessels are manufactured in compliance with the relevant AD 2000 regulations (for pressure vessel technology in Germany) as well as international ASME standards and EN 13445 (European standard for unfired pressure vessels). Additionally, we also manufacture according to the TEMA standard, which is recognized worldwide as the key guideline for the design and construction of shell and tube heat exchangers. These standards ensure the highest levels of quality, safety, and reliability throughout all stages of production and operation.

Single-part bends (U-pipes) for heating / cooling registers
Whether in power station technology or chemical industry construction, or even renewable energy, heat exchanger bundles – so-called registers – multiple-application is found in provision for process heat in production-orientated companies or in power stations and waste incineration plant.
In order to be of optimum assistance to clients with maintenance activities, service duties and inspections, and planned standstills, even re-fabrication measures, TUBE-TEC has specialized in single-part bends, known also as U-tubes.
