ditec Dichtungstechnik GmbH, a member of the Elaflex Group since 2023, specializes in manufacturing rubber expansion joints ranging from DN 80 to DN 5000 (both round and rectangular) and for pressures up to 100 bar. These joints are custom-engineered to meet specific operational conditions, including medium type, temperature, required movement, installation length, and pressure. All products are always in compliance with European Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU, following the guidelines of FSA Handbook, and based on ASTM F1123-87 “Non-Metallic Expansion joints”.

We process a wide variety of rubber compounds, including EPDM, NBR, CR, CSM, FPM, IIR, and silicone, to accommodate a diverse range of media. Since our foundation in 1973, we have provided expansion joints, groundwater seals, and fabric expansion joints to a wide array of industries, including power generation (nuclear and conventional), mining, desalination, water treatment, water pipelines, the food industry, refineries, petrochemical and chemical plants, fertilizer production, shipping, and specialized applications. For particularly corrosive environments, such as wet gas cleaning in mining, we offer rubber expansion joints lined with PTFE.
